Marketing & Creative Content Specialist

About the role

Cure Bionics builds prosthetic and rehabilitation technologies that help people regain independence and confidence, and aims to become a leading assistive technology company in emerging markets. It is hiring a Growth & Marketing Manager (listed as Marketing & Creative Content Specialist) in Sousse or Tunis, working directly with the founders to build awareness, generate opportunities and position the company as a leader in its field.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Social media planning, content calendar and copywriting
• Coordination of external agencies, designers, photographers and freelancers
• Tracking events, congresses, competitions, accelerators, awards and partnership opportunities
• PR, media and thought leadership initiatives
• Email marketing and community engagement
• Marketing analytics, reporting and growth experiments
• Creation of basic visual content and marketing materials when needed
• Use of AI tools for creativity, research, content creation, campaign development, reporting and automation

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, growth or related roles
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English
• Comfortable managing several projects at once
• Highly organized, proactive and execution-oriented, able to work independently
• Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable and solution-focused
• Interest in healthcare, technology, robotics or social impact is a strong plus

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma or similar tools
• Copywriting and content creation
