Customer Support Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead our help‑desk team for an Odoo‑based real‑estate management platform. The role combines direct client interaction, problem solving, and coordination with sales, development and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incoming support requests from clients.
• Analyse customer needs and deliver clear, practical solutions.
• Provide functional support for our Odoo‑based real‑estate solution.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
• Follow each request through to full resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Identify recurring problems and propose product or process improvements.
• Lead, coach and support the Helpdesk team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Development and Administration teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, ERP or software support.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong communication skills in French and good English proficiency.
• Analytical, proactive and customer‑oriented mindset.
