Customer Support Consultant – Native French & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely, providing first‑line assistance to customers in French and English across a range of SaaS, software and hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support via phone and email, handling incoming tickets and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting, guide users through software workflows, settings and configuration screens.
• Escalate complex cases to internal specialists and coordinate with developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, contribute to knowledge‑base updates and stay current with product changes.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with C1‑level English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably B2B or software‑focused.
• Structured, process‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and ticket handling.
• Ability to quickly learn complex software products and work independently.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or accounting platforms such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP or Odoo.
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge (invoicing, ledger, accounts payable/receivable).
• Remote‑desktop support tools: Splashtop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic SQL or database awareness.
• Knowledge of Peppol or electronic invoicing standards.
