Customer CARE Specialist (French)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer CARE Specialist to join VistaPrint’s global support team. You will provide courteous, multi‑channel assistance to small‑business customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email and emerging channels.
• Diagnose customer issues accurately and deliver solutions following defined procedures.
• Utilise internal systems and resources to respond to each request efficiently.
• Provide information and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and communications to improve service delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
• Strong command of French, both written and spoken.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in a multi‑channel support environment is a plus.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high service quality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with graphic design software (preferred).
