CRM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our customer relationship management strategy. The role will drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty by turning data into actionable insights and coordinating cross‑functional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM strategies to increase acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service teams to create engaging campaigns.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and legal compliance of customer data in the CRM system.
• Analyse customer data to uncover trends, insights and improvement opportunities.
• Manage the CRM platform, including upgrades, troubleshooting and integrations with other business tools.
• Develop and oversee customer loyalty programmes to boost lifetime value.
• Plan and execute personalised communications via email, SMS and other digital channels.
• Monitor key CRM metrics and provide detailed performance reports to senior management.
• Provide training, support and act as the central point of contact for CRM‑related queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing CRM systems with a proven record of improving retention and engagement.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities to drive decision‑making.
• Leadership behaviours such as collaboration, execution, growth mindset and customer‑centric focus.
