Marketing & Growth Manager (Tunisia)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to shape Glovo’s local marketing strategy in Tunisia, adapting the global playbook to the market and driving user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt the local marketing strategy, balancing digital and non‑digital channels to meet CAC targets.
• Lead offline and online marketing activations in close collaboration with commercial and product teams.
• Own the country’s marketing budget, track spend, and report growth metrics to stakeholders.
• Analyse user data, market dynamics and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and guide product changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in FMCG or e‑commerce with a proven record of delivering growth and managing integrated campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management skills and a hands‑on attitude.
