Content Manager & Creator (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

Special2wo is looking for a hands‑on Content Manager and Creator who lives and breathes short‑form video. Based in Soukra, Ariana, you will shape the visual storytelling for multiple brands, turning ideas into engaging reels, TikToks and other bite‑size content that captures attention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage the content calendar for all brand channels.
• Produce reels, TikToks and other short‑form videos from concept to final edit.
• Film and direct shoots, often using a phone or camera, and appear on‑camera when needed.
• Translate creative briefs into shoot‑ready concepts and coordinate UGC creators, models and influencers.
• Stay ahead of trends, discover new formats and generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative strategists and video editors to ensure seamless production.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short‑form content dynamics.
• Creative eye with a solid sense of storytelling.
• Comfortable filming with a phone or camera and speaking on camera.
• Excellent communication, organization and ability to juggle multiple brands and shoots.
• Awareness of current trends and emerging content formats.
• Experience in e‑commerce or DTC environments is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities in Arabic, French and English are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Basic video filming and editing using mobile or camera equipment.
