Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

Bank ABC is strengthening its Wholesale Banking Department by hiring a Corporate Relationship Manager. The role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of top corporate clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring client needs are met while supporting the bank's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients, providing personalized service and promptly addressing queries.
• Prospect new corporate customers, positioning Bank ABC on key deals and identifying niche opportunities to grow annuity business.
• Conduct credit assessments to evaluate opportunities and discuss facility structures with senior banking heads and product specialists.
• Ensure strict compliance with risk, portfolio management, KYC, AML and other regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with all bank departments to deliver optimal solutions and meet or exceed budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Banking or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial bank.
• Strong knowledge of the Tunisian market, main players and sector trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a challenging environment.
• Ability to work transversally across the organization while maintaining high professionalism.
• Proactive client outreach, strong bargaining skills and a results‑driven attitude.
