About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support strategic planning, financial reporting, and operational budgeting for our nearshore IT accounts. You will analyze performance, build revenue models, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term plans.
- Monitor unit economics, service delivery margins, and project‑level profitability across IT consulting and software development accounts.
- Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgets and identifying cost drivers and operational risks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance packages for executive leadership.
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, and client acquisition costs.
- Evaluate multi‑currency transactions (TND, EUR, USD) to assess FX risks and hedge exposure.
- Support financial feasibility studies for new products, service lines, and market expansions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and HR teams on pricing, resource utilization, and compensation models.
