About the role

MSGI is looking for a Quality Controller and Flow Monitor to ensure that finished metal structures meet all technical specifications before shipment. Working under the supervision of management, you will be responsible for final conformity, documentation and traceability of each product leaving the workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of metal structures according to engineering drawings.
• Verify weld quality and finish standards, and isolate any non‑conforming items.
• Supervise and validate the release of finished products from the workshop or loading area.
• Ensure each outgoing product is accompanied by its technical documentation and conformity certificate.
• Organise the dispatch order based on delivery schedules.
• Record every release in the internal tracking system and keep production control indicators up to date.
• Archive proof of inspections to guarantee full traceability.

Required profile

• Ability to conduct dimensional and visual inspections of metal structures.
• Knowledge of welding standards and finishing quality criteria.
• Capability to identify, isolate and document non‑conforming products.
• Experience in supervising product release and coordinating with logistics schedules.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and traceability documentation.
