About the role
Enovis is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee basic production cells and guide assembly employees to meet production plans while ensuring quality and timely delivery of finished goods.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee basic production cells and direct assembly staff to achieve production targets.
- Ensure all finished goods meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
- Direct repetitive and non‑repetitive production operations on simple electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Perform continuity checks on work‑in‑process and completed items.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to specifications.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of related production or manufacturing experience.
- Full knowledge of the job and ability to handle moderately difficult assignments with some judgment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and technical drawings.
- Experience performing quality inspections and continuity checks.
