Shift Leader Production

About the role

The Shift Leader Production will manage and supervise the shift unit to meet defined objectives and KPIs. This role ensures compliance with standards, governance, and process execution while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Monitor results, provide clear instructions, and evaluate performance.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and apply measures to improve team performance and flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, environmental regulations, and internal standards.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, financial targets, quality requirements, and OPEX standards.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with leadership background.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong conflict management, feedback, moderation, negotiation, presentation, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
