About the role

The Credit Officer (Commercial de Terrain) will work on the ground in Moknine, prospecting and acquiring new micro‑enterprise clients for DAAM, a micro‑finance institution. Reporting to the Credit Director, the role combines sales activities with credit assessment and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of credit loans, meeting sales targets.
Prospect new clients in the field, presenting DAAM’s financial products.
Evaluate loan applications and provide well‑argued recommendations.
Maintain high‑quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Implement effective collection practices to keep delinquency within acceptable limits.

Required profile

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics.
At least three years of experience in credit or financial services (insurance dossier management is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service orientation.
Result‑driven, analytical mindset with good time‑management abilities.
Excellent written and spoken French.
