About the role
The Credit Officer (Commercial de Terrain) will work on the ground in Moknine, prospecting and acquiring new micro‑enterprise clients for DAAM, a micro‑finance institution. Reporting to the Credit Director, the role combines sales activities with credit assessment and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of credit loans, meeting sales targets.
- Prospect new clients in the field, presenting DAAM’s financial products.
- Evaluate loan applications and provide well‑argued recommendations.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Implement effective collection practices to keep delinquency within acceptable limits.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Economics.
- At least three years of experience in credit or financial services (insurance dossier management is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service orientation.
- Result‑driven, analytical mindset with good time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
