Trading Consultant

About the role

Murex is seeking Junior Trading Consultants to join its Client Services EMEA Trading team in Tunis. The role supports European clients through production, upgrades, and implementation projects across various trading domains.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client support by following up and resolving open cases.
• Participate in upgrade, migration, or implementation projects as a stream member and attend client workshops.
• Manage defect correction, product enhancements, and internal product evolution streams.
• Conduct training for Murex staff and clients, and assist on-site client assistance.
• Support senior colleagues in demo and pre‑sales preparation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an engineering school or university, preferably with a focus on financial markets or mathematics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a passion for fintech and financial markets.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Unix operating systems.
• Experience with SQL databases and/or Oracle, Sybase.
• Knowledge of Python programming (plus).
