About the role

The Energy Study Engineer will join SYSTRA's Energy Solutions Division, reporting to the Energy Pole Manager. The role involves conducting feasibility, design and expert studies for the electrification of railway and urban transport networks, covering all project phases from conception to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Produce technical studies for energy systems while meeting defined quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Lead designers, draughtsmen and subcontractors involved in energy study delivery.
• Gather, disseminate and coordinate project information among all stakeholders.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings.
• Review and validate execution plans submitted by contractors.
• Support work managers with detailed technical information on energy systems.
• Contribute to equipment selection, reception, commissioning, diagnostics and author expert reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Electrotechnical engineering.
• Experience in energy systems for transport, preferably railway electrification projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across multidisciplinary teams.
