Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote (German & English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will assist German‑ and English‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email, delivering fast and helpful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
