BI Developer

About the role

Ozeol is a global B2B supplier focused on stock clearance and surplus inventory purchase. As a BI Developer you will design, build and maintain data solutions that enable the business to make informed decisions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
• Design, implement and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as SSIS or Talend.
• Create, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports in IBM Cognos and Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, performance and consistency across data warehouses and data marts.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Significant experience in Business Intelligence with a strong focus on SQL and reporting.
• Autonomous, detail‑oriented and able to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with IBM Cognos and Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Talend or equivalent).
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of BI architectures, including data warehouses and data marts.
