VR Robot Teleoperator

About the role

Advancia Téléservices, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company, is launching a new activity with a partner in robot teleoperation and is hiring a VR robot teleoperator in Tunis. You will remotely supervise and operate robots working in warehouses, offices and industrial sites across Europe. From a workstation in Tunis you watch the robot's view through a VR headset, step in when a human decision is needed and pilot it with VR controllers and joysticks. The work is real time, precise and safety critical.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live video and telemetry from assigned robots and respond to intervention requests within seconds.
• Pilot robots in VR using a headset, motion controllers and joysticks, following Adamo procedures, and monitor flat-screen feeds between interventions.
• Make calm, correct decisions under time pressure; escalate to the Team Lead when a situation falls outside procedure; log sessions and report incidents immediately.
• Follow strict confidentiality rules: nothing seen on screen is recorded, photographed, copied or discussed outside the operations room.
• Complete and maintain Adamo certification.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French, able to follow technical instructions and report incidents in either language.
• Regular experience with console or PC games requiring precise real-time control (action, racing, simulation, FPS).
• Fast, accurate reactions, sustained attention over a full shift, and comfort working in a VR headset for long periods without motion sickness.
• Punctual, dependable, available for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• No degree or prior industry experience required; secondary education completed. A technical, logistics or gaming community background is a plus.
