AI Product Designer

About the role

Storyteller is looking for an AI Product Designer to join its AI Product Operations team. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, collaborating with global sports organisations to shape and improve AI‑driven product workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI‑driven workflows and product improvements within specific parts of the product suite.
• Identify friction points for clients and internal teams, prioritize fixes, and build AI‑powered automations.
• Translate real client problems into shipped product enhancements, not just documentation.
• Use AI tools and internal data to investigate product behaviour, debug issues, and test ideas.
• Work closely with engineers and product teammates to deliver functional changes.
• Engage with clients when needed to validate solutions and gather feedback.
• Document tools and processes for reuse across the organization.

Required profile

• Curiosity and good judgment when tackling ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to dive into tools, data, workflows, and product behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end‑to‑end solutions.
