About the role

We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our Lafayette City Center office in Tunis. The role involves welcoming clients, understanding their travel needs and offering tailored holiday packages with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients to select trips that perfectly match their expectations and needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting our travel products and services.
• Provide a warm, personalized welcome to clients and prospects.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, itineraries and travel options to enhance the client experience.
• Assemble complete travel packages including flights, hotels, transfers, insurance and other complementary services.
• Manage bookings, modifications and ensure precise, satisfactory follow‑up.
• Handle inbound client calls, deliver clear information and maintain a trustworthy relationship.
