Accounts Payable Manager (French & English)

About the role

Free2move Tunisia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function and oversee the full Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) cycle. The role combines hands‑on management of supplier transactions with team leadership and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of entities and complex suppliers, ensuring accurate invoice processing, PO and receipt matching, and timely payments.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, dispute resolution, and balance‑sheet analyses.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and produce AP performance reports.
• Organise team workload, coach and develop AP staff, and monitor performance against deadlines.
• Act as the technical reference for complex accounting issues and foster collaboration with Procurement and operational teams.
• Serve as the key user for the AP automation solution (Yooz or equivalent), driving system usage, workflow optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with month‑end/year‑end closing processes.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Yooz (or equivalent AP automation) platform.
