Account Manager - Social Media

About the role

Division50 is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will ensure social media strategies are executed on time, monitor performance, and keep clients informed and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social media clients and serve as their primary contact.
• Develop and coordinate social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure smooth execution.
• Create and manage content calendars, guaranteeing timely delivery of assets.
• Review and provide feedback on social media content before publishing.
• Coordinate client approvals, revisions, and feedback.
• Monitor social media performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare regular reports.
• Translate metrics into business insights and recommendations.
• Proactively communicate campaign updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams for quick resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, account management, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients or brands.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
