Team Leader – RPA & Citizen Development

About the role

LEONI is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive RPA and Citizen Development initiatives across the organization. You will guide a cross‑functional team of AI Community Enablers and RPA Developers, ensuring both technical delivery and community adoption are successful.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Community Enablers and RPA Developers, setting goals and supporting career growth.
• Plan capacity, prioritize backlogs, and balance delivery of RPA solutions with community enablement work.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of automation and AI use cases using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, from intake to deployment and support.
• Ensure solution quality, reusability, and maintainability through standards and a potential component marketplace.
• Steer the citizen development toolkit (Microsoft Power Platform, 365 Copilot, etc.) in collaboration with other experts.
• Translate RPA, AI, and Citizen Development strategy into a concrete roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Act as primary liaison with business leaders, IT, and InfoSec, managing requests and ensuring governance, compliance, and responsible AI/data standards.
• Drive adoption, continuous improvement, and scaling of automation across the organization.
