Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

National Pen is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team in La Marsa, Tunis. You will own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent across multiple functions in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and special recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and manage time efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (part of the Office suite).
