Senior SAP Consultant – S/4HANA Private Cloud Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a Private Cloud environment. The role combines program leadership, solution design oversight, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a successful deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).
• Define scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans; manage internal teams, system integrators and third‑party vendors.
• Provide architectural guidance for Private Cloud deployment and drive Fit‑to‑Standard workshops.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration strategy, governance and validation.
• Lead change management, executive steering committees and user adoption programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensure testing strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression) and maintain quality standards.
• Manage hypercare, transition to support model and continuous improvement post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 years leading S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud deployments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
