Senior Production Support Analyst

About the role

Join an international Operations Support team that ensures the integrity and availability of real‑time market data platforms. You will work with colleagues across Tunisia, France, Switzerland and the USA to respond to client requests and maintain high‑performance data services.

Key responsibilities

• Support more than 120 stock exchanges and monitor real‑time market data servers for low latency and high availability.
• Maintain over 850 customer accounts hosted on 200+ servers and coordinate with CX, development, network, exchange project managers and trading teams.
• Provide advanced technical support, drive platform‑enhancement projects, and manage incident response, including high‑severity incidents.
• Plan and deploy new releases across two data centres, three hubs, 350+ Windows/Linux servers and 4,500+ components.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience in incident management following ITIL processes.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
• Good communication skills and fluent English for sprint reviews and presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server.
