Senior SAP Basis Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to support both Run and Build activities across our SAP landscapes. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise, high autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with onshore US teams and offshore India resources in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day SAP system operations, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management (including P1/P2 support).
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Assess SAP environments, identify risks or improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations to customers.
• Potentially evolve into an offshore team coordination or management role within 9‑12 months.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration (ABAP and Java stacks).
• Proven experience in managed‑services or multi‑client environments.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and French proficiency.
• Availability aligned with CET working hours (10:00‑19:00).
