Functional Product Internship – Client Services EMEA (Tunis)

About the role

Murex is seeking motivated interns to join its Client Services EMEA team in Tunis. You will work on functional product support across trading, risk management and operations, collaborating closely with the Paris office and European clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support to clients by analysing, following up and resolving issues.
• Contribute to implementation, upgrade and migration projects as part of a project stream.
• Participate in client workshops, functional design discussions and pre‑sales demos.
• Manage defects, configuration changes and product enhancements together with internal teams.
• Deliver internal and client‑facing training sessions and help with documentation.
• Support on‑site client activities when required and gradually take ownership as a Support Coordinator.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (engineering school or university) with a focus on financial markets, finance or applied mathematics.
• Strong interest in IT and software environments, with ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, client‑oriented mindset and strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Unix operating systems.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Python programming (a plus).
