Segment Leader – Automotive Wiring

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to manage and supervise a dedicated segment unit within its automotive wiring business. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring governance compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the segment unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate regular team activities to meet all request cycles.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry; leadership experience highly valued.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change‑management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork skills.
