Team Lead Operations Quality

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Lead Operations Quality to oversee the Operations Quality unit within its automotive wiring systems business. The role ensures compliance with standards, drives continuous improvement, and safeguards product safety across the segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Operations Quality team, setting objectives, KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all operational stages and respond to requests.
• Define tasks, responsibilities and provide clear instructions to direct reports.
• Assess training needs, support professional development and promote change management.
• Take functional accountability for Operations Quality at segment level, including authority to halt production or shipment when non‑compliance is detected.
• Mobilise Q‑Task‑Force support for major quality issues and act as Product Safety Officer for regulated products.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, resilient, self‑organized and able to manage conflicts and teamwork.
