Shift Leader – Production Operations

About the role

LEONI is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to manage the production shift unit. You will ensure smooth operations, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety, quality, and financial targets in a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the shift team, define objectives, and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to standards and governance.
• Plan daily activities to cover all production stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Support the professional development of direct reports through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, environmental, and OPEX standards.
• Report risks and opportunities, contribute to customer satisfaction, and meet financial and quality targets.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a leadership role within production or manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong conflict‑management, negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
