About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operator to join our call centre in Sousse. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and driving new client registrations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping them with inquiries and guiding them through the registration process. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers over the phone.
  • Register new clients and conduct all sales activities with integrity.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to stay courteous and helpful.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and meet sales targets.
