Sales Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operator to join our call centre in Sousse. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and driving new client registrations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping them with inquiries and guiding them through the registration process. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
