About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Purchasing Manager (Responsable Achat) for its hotel in Hammamet. The role ensures the hotel is supplied with goods and services (food, technical supplies and equipment) at the best quality-price ratio while respecting hotel standards.
Key responsibilities
- Select and negotiate with suppliers
- Place and follow up orders
- Check quality, delivery times and costs
- Manage stock and avoid shortages
- Follow internal procedures and the budget
Required profile
- Management, purchasing or hospitality training
- Hospitality purchasing experience preferred
- Good negotiation skills
- Fluent French; English appreciated
