Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join CXG’s product team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager and working under the authority of the CTO, you will own the product backlog across our B2B and B2C platforms and internal tools, translating business needs into actionable development work.

Key responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, creating epics, user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with the product roadmap.
• Define scope and lead requirements workshops for large initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, the Product Manager and Project Manager.
• Make day‑to‑day priority decisions during sprints, balancing business value, effort, dependencies and risk.
• Identify system integration points, develop high‑level solution proposals and document master‑data, reporting and access requirements.
• Produce high‑quality documentation, including business architecture diagrams, use‑case definitions and as‑is/to‑be process flows.
• Lead the Business Analysts team, setting priorities, reviewing work and ensuring delivery quality.
• Embed AI‑driven ways of working throughout discovery, requirements, delivery and support phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritized product backlog items.
• Leadership experience managing a team of Business Analysts.
• Comfort with AI tools and a mindset for continuous improvement.
