Payroll Management Specialist

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Payroll Management Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for its operations. You will act as the key contact for payroll‑related matters and support the company’s HR and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute payroll delivery according to internal guidelines and legal requirements.
• Implement company pension schemes, deferred compensation, and salary increases in the payroll system.
• Compile employer statements and other statutory documents.
• Run monthly payroll cycles, verify data accuracy, and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Generate payment files and post payroll transfers to finance.
• Serve as the primary contact for external authorities (tax, pension, health insurance) and internal stakeholders (HR partners, managers, employees).
• Prepare standard and ad‑hoc payroll reports, statistics, and support global salary surveys.
• Apply LEONI HR standards while adapting to local tax and legal requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll processing, salary calculation and monthly payroll cycles.
• Solid knowledge of labour law, tax and social security regulations.
• Strong accuracy, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency in using SAP for payroll processing.
