Order Entry Auditor – English Speaker (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Order Entry Auditor to join our Tunis office on the evening shift. The auditor will ensure that every order meets quality standards before it reaches the customer, focusing on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Apply QA standards and methodologies throughout the order entry process.
• Conduct thorough audits following defined protocols to verify order accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify deviations, document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed audit records and escalate urgent issues to supervisors.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards and charts on QA performance.
• Collaborate with Order Entry, Graphics and Customer Support teams to resolve quality issues.
• Update SOPs and training materials to reflect process changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred.
• Team‑oriented with good organizational skills.
