Shift Leader – Operations Quality (Product)

About the role

We are looking for a Shift Leader to manage the Operations Quality unit for product manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with standards, drives continuous improvement, and leads a team on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Operations Quality organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and cover all production stages.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members and monitor results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and apply corrective actions.
• Propose measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, and succession planning.
• Hold functional accountability for Operations Quality at shift level, including authority to stop production lines for non‑conformities.
• Oversee sorting activities to protect customers and manage quality costs.
• Manage transversal resolution of quality problems escalated from production or customers.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Fluent in French and English.
