Senior KPO Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Senior KPO Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across its aerospace component manufacturing operations in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role focuses on embedding Kaizen culture, enhancing safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Kaizen workshops, ensuring full stakeholder participation.
• Design and build right‑sized equipment to support process improvements.
• Teach and train staff in PLC programming.
• Review proposed Kaizen projects, assign appropriate team members, and recommend modifications.
• Support management on large initiatives and lead small‑to‑medium scope projects.
• Track Kaizen action items and maintain related documentation.
• Identify opportunities for Kaizen tools and collaborate with leadership to implement them.
• Act as a change agent, delivering Kaizen training and fostering a lean culture.
• Develop strong relationships with leaders and managers to sustain improvement efforts.
• Consolidate Kaizen team results for business review presentations and maintain SharePoint resources.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of PLC, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in data‑driven analysis, performance metrics and visual presentation of results.
• Strong training and communication abilities.
• Capability to mentor teams and drive cultural change.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
