Operations (Post-Trade) Consultant

About the role

Join Murex's Client Services EMEA Operations team to support European clients using the Murex platform. You will ensure smooth post‑trade operations, resolve incidents, and contribute to platform evolution for back‑office users.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in using and configuring the Murex platform, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with internal product and development teams to deliver fixes and new features.
• Participate in modernization, migration, and module implementation projects, including design, configuration, and validation.
• Deliver internal and external training sessions and continuously improve documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor by presenting platform evolutions, reporting activities, and contributing to client governance strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a top‑tier engineering school or university, focused on financial markets or applied mathematics.
• Strong interest in IT and software development.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a structured problem‑solving approach.
• Client‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multicultural, and international environment.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe.
