About the role

The Professional Services Consultant role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Asset Finance solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and implement technical components while bridging functional business needs with robust software architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance platforms.
• Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, XML web services, and data models.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and environment readiness.
• Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and cut‑over execution.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
• Validate quote‑to‑contract, in‑life servicing, and accounting workflows.
• Support project managers with planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to design authority discussions.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in Asset Finance systems.
• Advanced SQL, data modelling, ETL migration, and interface development expertise.
• Understanding of asset finance domains such as leasing, equipment finance, and loan structures.
• Proven ability to design integrations using APIs, XML and web services.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in time‑zone shifts to align with client hours.
