IT Support Engineer - Integration Specialist

About the role

Join Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, as an IT Support Engineer – Integration Specialist. You will provide personalized, high‑quality support to both local and international clients, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and system configurations meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, personalized application support in line with defined processes and SLAs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed deadlines.
• Classify, prioritize, track, and document incidents and their resolutions.
• Investigate issues using the internal knowledge base and technical resources.
• Contribute to the enrichment and continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
• Prepare technical and operational reports for internal teams and clients.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with R&D and higher‑level support teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Configure systems and support new features based on client change requests.
