About the role
Join Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, as an IT Support Engineer – Integration Specialist. You will provide personalized, high‑quality support to both local and international clients, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and system configurations meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, personalized application support in line with defined processes and SLAs.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed deadlines.
- Classify, prioritize, track, and document incidents and their resolutions.
- Investigate issues using the internal knowledge base and technical resources.
- Contribute to the enrichment and continuous improvement of the knowledge base.
- Prepare technical and operational reports for internal teams and clients.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with R&D and higher‑level support teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Configure systems and support new features based on client change requests.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while respecting SLAs.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
Required skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for incident analysis, log interpretation, knowledge‑base enrichment, automation of repetitive tasks, reporting, and productivity improvement.
