Delivery Manager H/F

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will ensure that delivery commitments—timelines, quality, workload, and margin—are met across a multi‑client portfolio dominated by maintenance (TMA) and migration/re‑design projects. The role will progressively take over the client‑facing interface currently managed from France.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project portfolio: maintain a consolidated view of scope, milestones, consumed effort, risks, and progress; lead weekly portfolio reviews with senior management and technical leads; drive prioritisation, re‑allocation, and escalation decisions.
• Oversee TMA and service commitments: supervise multi‑client ticket flows, ensure SLA compliance, conduct capacity planning for TMA teams, and produce monthly reports and performance dashboards.
• Lead migration and re‑design projects end‑to‑end: define project scope, plan releases, coordinate testing and production rollout, guarantee acceptance criteria, and manage client communications on scope changes and amendments.
• Facilitate the transfer of delivery management from France to Tunisia: define wave‑based transfer plans, ensure seamless hand‑over with documented procedures, and become the Group’s reference point for near‑shore delivery reporting.
• Support PMO and industrialisation activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in an IT services environment.
• Strong ability to monitor and control project portfolios, manage service tickets, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Experience with migration, re‑design, and maintenance projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially in a multi‑client, near‑shore context.
• Fluent in French and English.
