About the role
Zillion Parts is a fast‑growing industrial machinery trading platform serving the European market. We are looking for a proactive Backoffice Manager to oversee daily back‑office operations linking our Zoho CRM system with the Magento Adobe Commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the flow of data and transactions between Zoho CRM and Magento.
- Handle customer and supplier interactions, providing order support and issue resolution.
- Oversee product and platform operations, ensuring accurate listings and inventory updates.
- Coordinate workflows across sales, procurement, logistics, technical and operational teams.
- Generate reports and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back‑office operations, e‑commerce platforms, marketplace operations, or website management.
- Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce or similar e‑commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, procurement, logistics, technical and operational teams.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
