Senior Manager – IT Core Banking

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead strategic banking technology initiatives, drive business transformation, and manage high‑performing teams within an international and multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and lead transformation programs across core banking, payments, securities and other financial services domains.
• Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions meet banking needs and support growth.
• Provide guidance on modern software engineering practices, promote DevOps, resilience, scalability and AI adoption.
• Oversee delivery of complex programs, managing risks, dependencies, budgets and reporting progress to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience with significant leadership and people‑management responsibilities.
• Proven background in Banking, Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Successful track record managing large teams and complex transformation programs in multicultural, international settings.
• Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
