AI Community Enabler – Tech Expert & Change Manager

About the role

LEONI is looking for an AI Community Enabler who will act as both the technical backbone and the catalyst for its global citizen development and AI community. You will ensure that AI and low‑code automation initiatives are technically sound, widely understood, and actively adopted by business users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, set up, and maintain a best‑in‑class citizen development toolkit (Microsoft Power Platform, 365 Copilot, RPA, AI).
• Provide technical guidance on solution design, architecture, and troubleshooting for community members.
• Translate business needs into scalable, robust technical solutions and help migrate existing citizen‑dev solutions where appropriate.
• Curate and expand internal developer tools, create a solution marketplace, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to a Citizen Development Knowledge Hub with best practices, documentation, and blueprints.
• Identify and introduce new technologies that can be scaled across the company.
• Act as a thought leader on emerging AI/automation trends and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Engage, inspire, and grow the global AI and Citizen Development community through challenges, dashboards, and other initiatives.
