Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead all quality‑related activities at COFICAB's Medjez el Beb plant, ensuring that products and processes meet the highest standards of the automotive cable industry. This role combines strategic planning, system oversight, and hands‑on problem solving to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System, maintaining standards, policies, procedures and local documents in line with OEM, corporate and customer requirements.
• Supervise incoming inspection of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods, monitor non‑conformities and evaluate supplier performance.
• Control process parameters, handle deviation requests, and ensure adherence to control plans throughout cable production.
• Oversee product assurance activities, including rework management, product deviation handling and acceptance/rejection decisions.
• Lead customer claim management, producing timely 3D/8D reports, root‑cause analyses and implementing corrective action plans.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, track corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within automotive or cable manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/TS standards and OEM quality requirements.
• Ability to manage documentation, lead cross‑functional teams and drive supplier quality initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement projects.
