Product & AI Delivery Lead

About the role

Storyteller is looking for a Product & AI Delivery Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of client‑facing products and AI‑enabled services. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, collaborating with product, engineering, design and support teams to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement for major sports clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take ambiguous client briefs through configuration, onboarding, testing, rollout and adoption to achieve stable day‑to‑day operation.
• Translate messy requests into detailed plans with owners, dependencies, risks and a clear definition of done, then drive execution and remove blockers.
• Own AI‑enabled services post‑launch, monitoring prompts, inputs, outputs and human‑review steps, and implement safeguards against weak output or drift.
• Investigate issues before escalation, reproducing problems, checking configurations and delivering well‑framed tickets to engineering.
• Lead junior team members by providing context, standards, feedback and expanding their ownership as they grow.

Required profile

• 4+ years in implementation, product operations, technical account management or similar, with a proven track record of turning ambiguity into concrete outcomes.
• Strong decision‑making with incomplete information, balancing client impact, quality, cost and speed.
• Technical fluency to reason about APIs, SDKs, integrations and data without being a software engineer.
• Practical AI knowledge, understanding production workflows, prompts, failure modes and review processes.
